Le donne in età fertile che devono assumere anticoagulanti orali sono esposte ad un maggiore rischio di "abnormal uterine bleeding" (AUB). Ma a cosa ci riferiamo quando si parla di AUB? Quale è l'entità del rischio? Cosa cambia tra AVK e DOAC? Quali sono le strategie per arginare il problema?
